Accessibility Statement

RoleCRM is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML markup for proper document structure and screen reader compatibility
  • Keyboard navigation support throughout the application
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • ARIA labels and landmarks for assistive technology
  • Skip-to-content links for keyboard users
  • Minimum 44px touch targets for interactive elements on mobile
  • Form labels and error messages associated with their respective inputs

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some third-party components (such as our authentication provider) may have limitations outside our direct control. We actively work with our providers to address any accessibility gaps.
